Holy cow...Cleveland Clinic needs to get their crap together. I went on My Chart to view Med Records and there is 2 records that are not mine!!! I was 7 months pregnant at that time and some woman went into the ER saying she had back and pelvic pain. She said she wasnt pregnant, so they did xrays on her pelvis and back. She later said that she lied about being pregnant and even said she diluted her urine sample!!! I called the clinic to tell them that they have someone elses info in my records and they just contacted me and said no, this is your info. That is how your pregnancy was detected. Ummm, I definitely knew I was pregnant BEFORE 10/21/12. Did they look at any of my previous tests that date back to May 2012 that show all of my prenatal tests? Oh, and who in their right mind would get xrays done on their pelvis when theyre pregnant...let alone 7 months!!! I just called a supervisor and threatened a lawsuit if they dont remove this NOW. Im so mad. Not only are they breaking HIPA laws, but other doctors look at your medical records and if they see this on mine, it looks really bad!
