Holy cow! The brooder house temperature was up to 37 degrees. I need to get a better system to regulate temps in there :( Poor widdle peeps are all panting. We strung a tarp across the front to provide some shade and block the sun from shining directly in. I placed the brooder in that location so that it would get the sun in spring, but of course this year we ended up hatching well into summer so wasnt anticipating this heat! Perhaps a few well placed trees will be helpful to quell the summer rays?
