Holy, left home this morning at 8:15 for meetings in Ft St John, finished around 5:00, quick bite to eat then over to Taylor for Mayor Fred Jarvis celebration event recognizing his 35 years service to Taylor. Just home and I am blasted😒 need to get a break, can see why folks get run down from all the pressure. In tomorrow morning to get council agenda set, taking some really amazing community people for lunch, then off to the Regional District for the swearing in ceremony for PRRD board. Council on Monday will likely be a full day as we have residential development bylaw to deal with. Feeling the pressure of this one. Tuesday is an exciting day for me as my grandson (Brody) who is 12 wants me to come to his school in Grande Prairie. There are 3-4 grade 6 classes learning about local government so I am spending the day at his school to talk to the 3 classes. As an added bonus our other grandson Carson is also there so am dropping into his class. Feeling bad today as I reacted badly during a meeting which is a sign of too much going on for me right now. Need to lighten up a bit and take some family time at Christmas.
