Holy mother of swelling! Got home yesterday with really swollen ankles and legs. They went down some after I iced them but over night swollen again. They are a little sore from the skin stretching. Any advice from my been/are pregnant friends? Laying on my left side over night (which has helped in the past via instruction from my dr) didnt work last night. 😁 Im really uncomfortable today and I cant keep my feet up at work while working not structurally possible.
