Holy shit, is Comcast the biggest rip off artists known to man. I called to cancel TV and Phone (Never have used phone anyway), to save a couple bucks, and they asked why I wanted to cancel, and I said Well, because I just dont want it and she said Well, you have been a valued customer for 9 years, let me see what I can offer you, puts me on hold, comes back, We can offer you your current package, and throw in HBO, Showtime and Starz, and your monthly bill will be $128. and I said Seriously? Thats like, $100 a month off my bill and she said absolutely. we want to keep you as a valued customer and I said This isnt some crap thats going to expire in 3 months is it? and she said No, Ive noted your account, this offer is good for 2 years and I said Fine. and she said You will received a credit on your next bill for this month. Thank you for staying with Comcast., so now I need to check my bill next month, and make sure they dont screw me. lol
