Home Manager Position: Home Manager Location: Stockport Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Search Consultancy is currently looking to recruit an experienced Home manager to join a Nursing Home that is part of a well established and highly reputable healthcare organisation. As the Home Manager you will have numerous responsibilities including: being responsible for the day to day running of the home, managing your staff and being a hands on nurse. The home you will be joining has a mix of elderly, YPD and complex care. You must be able to lead and motivate a team and get the highest possible results out of them so that you can ensure the home is operating at the highest level. You must be a qualified RGN or RMN with a strong passion for nursing. There will be an on call commitment.
