Home for Life is located in the tiny town of Star Prairie-population 500- on the Apple River, in Wisconsin. From our foothold here,Home for Lifes reach is worldwide. Did you know we have animals at the sanctuary from all over the United States & many foreign countries?There are few care for life sanctuaries that can help animals whose needs may exceed the capacity of shelters whose focus is on adoption. Yet these special animals still need help and have much to live for and much to give. This week, two special dogs made the long journey from the Vafa Shelter in Tehran to the United States and Home for Life. Their names are Noor,which means light, and Suesan, which means fragrant flower, and both are paralyzed. Follow their story with us this weekend.
