Home from playing Wacken Open Air 2014 with Purest of Pain. It was by FAR the most awesome experience Ive ever had as an artist. I felt like a super rockstar there. People (Crew) running around for you and doing everything you ask of them. Getting everything we asked for and even more. Meeting bands and great artists like FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE (Cristiano Trionfera, Francesco Paoli) and many more. Playing on the biggest Tent Stage in the World was like a dream coming true. The people where standing all the way in the back even outside the tent! The Dutch people even had a Dutch Flag! ( Thomas Bulten you crazy dude! ). People where moshing like crazy and we had huge circle pits, Those are some of the things we couldnt even imagine of having. Wacken was not only a great place to play but also a place Ive learned a lot of things, Met a lot of cool people including Convivium ( Pär Jansson, Isac Danielsson, Kim Filppu, Helliver Henkel ), Check out this band they are by far one of the best Metal Bands Ive heard in a very long time.
