Homecook diary. Chilly mussels (Aussie style) 1kg fresh mussels debearded 25g butter 4 chilli 1 chopped onion (yellow) 3/4 cup parsley 4 clove chopped garlic 1 can tomato paste Melt butter on pan. Throw in chilli, chopped onion n garlic till onion turns transparent. Add tomato and parsley. Stir well. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Add in mussels and stir for another 5 minutes or till well cooked. Youbare ready to serve.
