Hon Joseph Obiero Ndiege, Suna West MP. Dear all. As a people of Nyanza , our development has always been pegged on our political stand, effectively affecting meaningful development of our people for decades. In this regard, we lost nearly all our industries and infrastructure as a result of neglect by succesive regimes. We only begun to retrace our steps in 2002 when we had a stake in Government and devolution of funds through CDF. But now, we must separate politics from development, . Whether we support Government of the day or not, our people must be allowed full political participation and carry on with development because both are their constitutional right and we equally pay taxes like any other Kenyan elsewhere. By pushing for more mandatory money at the Counties, we are separating politics from development. We will soon not care how many times a person cheats to be a president and concentrate on accountability of devolved funds in our Counties. #OkoaKenya #PesaMashinani
