Honest Friends I usually do not rant...but here goes. I was recently emailed by someone trying to get me to sell ready made meals that contain so many ingredients, artificial and fake ingredients, sugars, preservatives etc etc the list goes on. I declined because I believe whole foods, activity and balance in life is the real recipe to success and health. The emailer stated that I have probably never had hard times or been helpless or hopeless or had weight problems. You all should know that I have had the hardest past year. And with weight I have been there, done that and came out at the other side WITHOUT fake ingredients. With pride in knowing I used whole foods and it wont cause cancers and illnesses. Honest Living does not exist to hear myself speak. It is because I have been through the trenches, my step-mom had cancer for 6 years and died May 3rd, 2013 then my father committed suicide May 3rd, 2014. Who knows if my dad would still be here if my step mom had not fallen ill? Had she had a health coach to show her how to keep healthy foods in her life and not be overweight? Had she been able to avoid these processed and artificial foods? I stand up for what I believe is right because I will help each family that comes my way so they can avoid feeling the heartbreak I have felt. THAT is why I stick to my moral compass on convenience foods. For These 2. Because they should STILL BE HERE.
