Honestly, I dont know what this country is turning into. Just watching on Channels Television demonstration by medical workers in the Ministry of Defence protesting the non payment of their salaries. What baffles me is why people that work in such sensitive department or even any MDA of the FGN or State government should be owed at all at the end of every month. These salaries and allowances were budgeted and appropriated by the National Assembly. I wont be surprised if one smart clown in the leadership of this ministry has fixed these monies with a deposit money bank to make fraudulent interest earnings while the poor staff wallow in hunger and deprivation. Where are the leaderships of the House and Senate Committees saddled with oversight functions over the Ministry of Defence? Honestly, in decent climes where things work properly, some people will lose their jobs as a consequent of this shameful protest occasioned by the crass negligence of some fat cats in this ministry. Naija!!!!!
