This is no joking, because its actually pretty common in people who havent worked out hard regularly ever, or in some time. But if youll work through it for the first two weeks, your body will start to feel better, stronger, healthier and even your hair, skin will start to look marvelous—Youll be grateful and glad that you did something for yourself!! #Fitness is hard work.
