Honestly, if the Virginia AG office hasnt been purged of GOP sycophants I doubt these assholes will be punished. Former Virginia AG Ken Cuccinellis GOP underlings had dismissed all state and federal charges against Colin Small for his actions of dumping voter registration cards in a dumpster. The bogus claim that it would grant immunity to Small for election fraud if he exposed his superiors. Likely because former AG Cuccinellis own misconduct would have been revealed much sooner to the voters of Virginia. Cuccinelli had engaged in several intentional acts of voting fraud by serving as the the election boards legal counsel. Which was a clear conflict of interest as he was running for governor at the same time. Cuccinellis replacment AG Mark Herring has yet to act upon prosecuting Cuccinellis acts while AG. Additionally, there was also prior misconduct by Cuccinelli when he failed to follow through during the 2008 election of Obama of voter fraud. GOP members who falsely claimed that the Democratic elections would occur on November 6th vs. the 5th. The local DAs never followed up on the special investigations. The same GOP agents repeated this stunt in 2012 by removing signs to local voter offices in many rural counties where minorities were. Also prevented from voting by claims of white law enforcement posted outside voting areas and ticketing cars illegally.
