Hooray! After a week of being faffed around by various telcos, I finally officially have a Phone Fault! Why is this good news? Because it means that someone will be made responsible for FIXING it rather than passing the buck to someone else! No idea how long it will take to fix, they will check the exchange end first, and both the support technician and myself think thats where the problem most probably lies. So Im finally on my way to getting the phone fixed!
