Recently designated a Park County Historic Landmark, this c. 1885 barn is located near the base of Kenosha Pass and was built by David Baker, a prominent South Park rancher. In 1919, another influential South Park rancher, Peter Schattinger, bought the property where the barn stands. Efforts have reportedly begun to preserve and rehabilitate this beauty :)
