Hope For Life Rescue has been nominated for Coastal Virginia Magazines Giving Back Award!! We are very honored to be nominated. Here is the information on the contest and voting! Please share with your friends and take note of the dates for the 3 rounds of voting. Congratulations! Your organization has been nominated and accepted as a non-profit candidate in the first round of voting for Coastal Virginia Magazines Giving Back Awards, sponsored by Old Point National Bank. The first round of voting begins August 13, and will take place online at the Voting Page. Please note that this page is NOT yet live, but will become so on that date. This page will also update after EACH voting period informing readers and voters of who is moving on to the subsequent round. We ask for one vote per valid e-mail address per voting period, please, but do encourage your members, volunteers, friends and family to vote to show support for their favorite Coastal Virginia non-profits. Please mark your calendar for the following dates to ensure that your non-profit makes it to the final round: August 13-19 - First voting round - 50 non-profits advance to the next voting round. August 20-26 - Second voting round - 25 non-profits move onto the semi-final round. August 27 - September 2 - Final voting round - 15 non-profits will be anounced at the awards reception and online.
