Hope a mystical norm? ... IN CHRIST... A LIVING REALITY The hope of ages lies upon a belief system that is established by the conscience that governs the era. Men will keep their faces looking forward because of what they believe and that which anchors their souls, and spirits. Men will always base their hope for the next day upon something. Some look at what they achieve everyday day and place their hope upon that, some upon promises and some upon the mere belief that tomorrow is much better than yesterday. Hope enables men to move and that which brings this hope strengthens men to move. We believe that hope is vital for survival and is moving the hearts of men world over. The concept of hope is the backbone of vitality, it forms the spectrum by which men conceptualises the reason to keep going even when the foundations are falling into the abyss. Life has also taught us that hope is not always a guarantee of joy and fulfilment. Hope itself falls into the abyss as well. Hope sometimes is a victim of arson, being reduced to mere tatters by forces that work against the progress of men, razed to the ground by the thunderous and divulging fire of hopelessness. Life has also shown us that there is a hope that stands out in all circumstance, a hope that defies odds and withstood the violent vagaries that are propagated by the machinery that churns out hopelessness with deadly and ruthless precision. The hope that ensures a sure foundations, the hope that has been tried and stood the tests of time, death and destruction... the hope that stands free for all to embrace.... the hope of the Lord Jesus Christ......
