Hope all goes well today...we have been denied on everyplace we looked at in regards of our credit check...then I called this guy that the city inspector knows and he said he is willing to rent to us...he is friends with the city inspector and he knows the problems we are having living here...he has a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a basement with a extra room with a walkout to a fenced in back yard...he is asking 1050 a month with a 500 security deposit...I spoke with the guy again a couple days ago and he said if I show up today with the 500 deposit that the house is ours...he also said that since it costs alot to move since you have to buy curtains and furnature and blinds and maybe some paint that he wont start our lease until October 1st...he wants us to use the money we have to make the place ours before we sign the lease because we are gonna be the ones living there...suppose to meet the guy between 1pm and 1:30pm today to pay the deposit...Everyone pray for us and keep your fingers crossed that the City Inspector will let us go ahead and start moving our stuff in even though the house hasnt been inspected yet
