Hope all of you have a great thanksgiving and holiday weekend! Eat, drink and be thankful! Im setting out planters for Christmas at the cemetery if its not raining or too cold tomorrow. With all I have to be thankful for this season, i thought Id show mommy-- symbolically anyway--and the others, they were not out of mind. Those memories are such happy ones, and I was so blessed to have known them. Mommy blessed me with a final gift shortly before she left. That one day I would meet the holidays with out dread. Sad fondness, always. But God would blunt the edges of grief, in time. I cursed her for lying for 3 years. Today, I smiled toward heaven& thanked her. Grief finally needs to sharpen its blade. Ill see everyone again one day. Til that tomorrow comes, love and miss you mommy, daddy, Steve, Sara, aunties & others. 💟💖💟💖
