Hope everyone has stayed consistent with your training to date! We are just two weeks away from the official start of the 2013 CC season! The official season begins on August 5th @ 6:00PM. We will meet on the track. All athletes must have submitted a blue card to Coach Getty or Coach Janson, either prior to that time or at that practice. We will run everyday that week at 6PM after meeting at the track. We will run on Tuesday and Thursday only this week. I have the final summer baseball tournament in Port St. Lucie this weekend (FRI, SAT, SUN, MON, TUE, WED) so we will not run in Clermont this week.
