Hope its ok to post :) For those needing something cheap/simple for dinner, try BnS (Bubble and squeak. There is no set recipe, as its made out of left overs. (Yes you can buy already made paddies at the shops) I make mine with left over vegetables, and meat. Whilst you can do them as paddies, I prefer to do mine as a cake. Simply mash up potato, add desired vegetables and meat (Note that tomato and mince wont set properly), mix together and spread into a cake tin. I like to add a bit of cheese on top. Leave in oven for 20-30 mins on 180 and wolla, a yummy meal. For paddies, do exact same except pretend you were making cookies not cake :) Enjoy (I just finished cooking mine) :) :) :)
