Hope we all have a great Friday and enjoy sat morning run if at parkrun or wherever you get out and about :) So Sunday hangover run coz I changed it afew times is now a one spot lol The emerald footy oval known as WORRAL RESERVE EMERALD VIC 3782. Which lots of parking and will be meeting out front the library for 8:30am start Its a 10k loop which heads down monbulk road to the golf corse along some great tracks and roads then up into avonsleigh which we will have to cross a main road then down then down along a great bush track into emerald lake and around the lake before heading back up to emerald footy oval Now will see on the day 10k is one loop but there is a opition of two loops for 20k which Im happy to run :) Still doing the out and back to pick up the people at the back So should be a great morning See you all then
