Hope you all had a decent weekend; there were only a few negative comments posted on the page about the goings-on around the neighborhood. For the most part, it was a really great weekend to be in Barnstead!! Thankful to see no reports of missing persons or break ins (lets look on the bright side!?) As the admin my main responsibility is to approve members who are legit to our community so no one is a victim to spammers and scammers. Please, remember that each individual member needs to maintain an element of self-moderation for our online content, just as we each have a responsibility to do so when we face each other in person around town. I cannot possibly filter all of the content of our community page to keep everything positive. It is certainly possible to address issues or problems on the page, but it is a delicate process so proceed with care and consideration for all of your neighbors, even if (unfortunately) you feel you have not been treated the same way. Remember this page isnt a place for complaining, or worse. The general rule is to address personal issues IN PERSON (or in a private message). We would all be very appreciative.
