Hope you dont mind me sharing. This is a great thing for riders. If drivers are being fined with higher points they may (just may) consider slowing down. Also novice drivers will be easier to spot if they have to use N plates. Maybe their instructors will teach them how to drive instead of how to pass a test, including how to pass horses!
