Hope you have all had a great day in some stunning sunny weather today. I did the Rail Trail 10km event in super sunshine this morning. Missed running with my running buddy who had to pull out with injury and sickness. Those who have either run with me or near, know that I like to have a good natter as i go! So it was quite a different experience to run in silence!! Heaps and heaps of events coming up over the coming months.
