Hopefully in about 6 hours I will be checking into St Marys Hospital to have my spinal fusion at L4,L5 which has been 4 years in the making, I have put up with pain for at least 3+ years, have tried everything to try and avoid the surgery, but finally run out of options. Today for the first time in months and months I wake up with a sore throat and some congestion, which has gotten abit better today. After talking with the doctor this evening we are going to attempt surgery, but now it might be up to the anesthesoilgist in the morning, we may have to abort the surgery. If conditions are not right. If all systems are go Ill have Brenda, whos been great through all this, getting me things and putting up with my sometimes crabbiness on bad days, keep those who might be interested up to date on whats happening.
