It is that time again!!! NEW 30 days!! 5 mins... BODY WAVE CHALLENGE!! lock sequences, smooth sequences, up to down, down to up... you pic. i suggest you do one direction/ focus for 5 mins and maybe vary the focus each day. example: day 1- 5 mins of locks, lower, abs, upper, abs, upper, back, center & vary speed day 2- 5 mins of smooth down to up- slow. med/ fast day 3- 5 mins of locks, upper back, upper abs, lower abs, neutral slow/ med. fast day 4- 5 mins of up to down waves, slow/ med/ fast aaaaaannnndddd GO!
