Hoping I get to sleep all night. My phone rang just after 1 a.m. The adrenaline was pumping as I was running for the phone in the kitchen. My mind racing because I thought something was wrong with one of my daughters or grandkids. Who calls at that hour if it isnt an emergency? I get to the phone and see it is from Rhiannon, the kid who lives with me and the last I knew was in her bedroom sleeping. New thoughts of problems. Did someone break in and she was trying to warn me because she couldnt yell? Did she come to in the trunk of a car? Noooooo. By that time Rhiannon was awake from hearing my phone ringing and standing in the doorway of her room with her light on, alone. I asked her why she was calling me. She fell asleep with her phone on her bed and rolled over on it and it called the last call she had. It took a while for the adrenalin to recede so I could sleep.
