Hoping for warmer weather this week, fermentation almost stopped during the last few weeks, I had the heaters at full, its important we get the solar panels or turbine fitted and running this year, and become a little bit greener, it barely hit 12c in the tanks, its bottle washing week, in preparation for the cider being ready, iv got over 400 bottles to wash and prep, and labels to print, gonna be busy.
