Hosanna Hills Guide Service Fishing Report for March - TopicsExpress

Hosanna Hills Guide Service Fishing Report for March 14 > > Fished today at both Parker Bend and at an area downstream from Bertrand launch ramp. While at Parker Bend, we caught trout using spoons both on the rocks between the wheelchair ramps and below the riffles downstream from the ramps. Below the riffles was much more productive than the fishing at the ramps. > We then moved to an area between the Bertrand launch ramp and Spider Creek Island where we used both bait and spoons. We did extremely well using all colors of power bait that we had with us. The colors included yellow, salmon peach, grape nymph, rainbow, white and spring green. We are trying something new for us, that is, attaching a video to this report. If this works out, the video should show action of fish being caught this afternoon. > Tomorrow promises to be another good day for fishing and enjoying the 65 degree F. day! > Generation took place this morning from 7 through 9 and will recommence at 8 and 9 PM. The weather brought us a windy partly sunny day with a high of 68 degrees F. Nice day! > Tomorrow there is no generation scheduled. High temperature is predicted to to reach 65 degrees F. under cloudy skies with winds from the SSE at 7 MPH gusting to 11. Showers are possible in the afternoon hours. > Since we will be at a weekend show at Cabelas in Rogers, we will not be posting a fishing report before Monday. Hope to see you at the show!
