The supervisor will provide planning for, direction to, and will control available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts. In addition, the supervisor will provide dockworker training, performance feedback, and provide disciplinary recommendations when necessary. Previous experience with cargo operations a plus.
