Hotel Management/Chef 4 Year International Diploma Intership *1st Year –Orientation Year in all Departments at a 4* Hotel in BFN *Choice of Management or Chef Diploma *If 1st Year is successful -2nd-4th Year studies are involved at nearest University and in service training will take place at a different hotel and possible a different region every year. *Requirements: -Matric (50% minimum for English/Maths) -If you are still in Matric this year-submit 3 terms of results with application. -Age: 18-22 -Have an outgoing personality -Willing to work shifts, extra hours, weekends, public holidays etc. -Parents must be able to provide transport and living expenses -Willing to start work in December/January Send your cv/motivational letter & matric results to Lindy @ [email protected] Please note if you are applying for Management or Chef Diploma Interviews will take place in November/December 2013.
