House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) has such a bad reputation for coloring the truth, lying, and distorting the facts during his copious Dog & Pony Show Committee hearings that the real question is: Who on Gods green earth would ever believe him? After dropping out of high school and eventually earning his GED, he miraculously earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration but apparently failed Ethics #101. After all, as clearly shown during this most recent confrontation with the ranking Democrat on the Committee, Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) -- Issa apparently had no intention of learning the truth as he continues to present a one-sided circus show in all his ridiculous and outlandish investigations. When his opponents disagree with him, he turns off their microphone, walks out or summarily dismisses anyone who dares to oppose him. Not surprisingly, he is only interested in interviewing those who support his ill-conceived premise, and often times refuses to interview anyone with an opposing point-of-view. Yes, the hearings that are costing the American taxpayer millions of dollars are not only a waste of time but an irresponsible use of taxpayer funds.
