Scott, the contractor, had his dad do the front porch, which was to be a simple project, but he decided to make it into a major project. My house will fall down, but the porch will remain standing for another 50 years. Love the new color, the landscaping, new gravel. House looks so much better. They could not fix the crawl space, said it would take an excavator that would cost $20,000 which I dont have. Guess I will just live with it.
