How I pray that the President John Mahama would be bold enough to have this ECG Privatization through. We have to create competition for ECG through private participation in Electricity distribution. ECG natural monopoly has resulted in massive corruption,inefficiency and waste. Competition would produce effieciency. How can u continue to pump huge sums of money into the Energy sector and at the tail end of chain,everything gets destroyed. ECG is like the Black Hole in the energy sector,destroying all the critical investments in the sector. If we want any further investments in the energy sector,we must break ECG,we must create competition for ECG. We all pay for credit for our mobile phones,abi?Rich or poor? Social democracy is a developmental philosophy. ECG needs competition. #COMPETITION CREATES EFFICIENCY
