How about we all shut up flinging unconstructive criticism at Idina Menzell and focus on our own careers? Then when we have also made it as world famous performers wed realise that shes actually true in saying its not about hitting all the right notes, its about everything but that, always has been (even coming from the classical piano world). Even if I played or sang about 60% right notes (which has never happened) it would mean nothing if there was no music or intention behind the notes. I think a lot of people need to stop listening to recordings, which are often auto tuned and edited, and go to the theatre and actually listen to how its done, or go to concerts and hear how musicians play, instead of flinging unconstructive criticism at people we dont know
