How accurate is the Bible, the Word of God? My friends, it is more accurate than the atomic clock. Do you know how accurate the latest atomic clock is? Well according to The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), an agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce, they have stated the new clock, which is known as NIST-F2 is so exact that it is capable of maintaining perfect time for 300 million years. That is, without gaining nor losing one second during that time! Wow! Really? That is definitely the most accurate thing, I can think of, which man has made. But it doesnt stand a chance against the Word of God when it comes to being accurate. Heb 4:12 -13 (KJV) For the word of God is quick (Alive), and powerful (Strong enough to create universes by a single command), and sharper than any twoedged sword (A sword that cuts both ways), piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit (These cannot be separated in this life or the next, except by a single spoken Word from God. Then and only then could these be separated by God as they were put together by Him, to compliment each other as the eternal parts of a person), and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (The Word is so accurate and precise that it can even separate the thoughts from the intentions of ones heart.) Heb 4:13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. My friends, if you ever think you have found something that is inaccurate in the Word. Then be rest assured it is you (and/or I) that needs to reread and study the scripture setting at hand. This way we can see the truth and not some distortion of the truth in the Word. Thank You Lord, for always being faithful in everything You do and that includes revealing the truth in Your Word to us. You are an awesome God and worthy to be praised!
