How are you spending this weekend? If youd like to help get the Swedetown Ski Trails open for biking season, meet up at 8am tomorrow (Saturday) for a work bee. Plan to arrive at the Chalet around 8:00 am, folks will break into teams and attack around 8:15. Ideally there will be teams of three or four, someone with a chainsaw, then two or three to lop / rake / clear debris. Bring tools if you have them. Pizza will be ordered up around 11:00 am and eating will commence around 11:30 am. If you are feeling the need to hit the dirt, bring your bike for a ride afterwards. Remember there are no trail fairies...just many dedicated volunteers that build and maintain trails so you can play. Pay it forward by joining the work bee this weekend.
