How can I expect my clients to give up narcotics if I cant be disciplined enough to give up sugar? One seemed much simpler to avoid right? Well I think its time to put my money where my mouth is!! Going cold turkey...is there a 12 step program for this? Lord knows Im going to need it!! Lord grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change... Something something something in the courage to know the difference? hahaha hey whats the serenity prayer people?? I know somebody knows it!
