How can the National Debt stay the same for 87 days yet we went in Debt $98 Billion dollars in July alone. Dont ask, dont tell. So, if I understand this correctly.... In order for the Treasury Dept to not have to go to Congress and ask for more money because they exceeded the borrowing limit, they have simply decided not to report the debt. Just wait until the end of the year and say we spent the money.... sorry. Read this and see if you can make out what they are doing. See, every time they exceed the limit (Monthly at this point) they have to ask Congress for more money. Well that makes the news. So, in order to not make the news they just stopped reporting.
