How can you put into words the magic that happens in Mountain Home on the fourth weekend of June? Thankful is the first word that comes to mind. Thankful for the great rodeo fans who came out to join us on two perfect nights. Thankful for all the sponsors who give to help make this rodeo better every year. Thankful to every single volunteer who helped park cars, take tickets, run the calf scramble, stuff programs and anything else we ask of them. Thankful for an outstanding committee who give of their time before, during and after. Thankful that every contestant was able to compete and get down the road to another rodeo. Thankful for the brave men and women who serve our country each and everyday. Thankful for their sacrifices for our freedom. Thankful for great friends and family who make these two days be extra special and help us honor and remember Daniel. Our lives are richer for having known Daniel and this rodeo provides an opportunity to continue making good things happen in his name. Thank you.
