How dare you PAP? How can you say they have chosen to leave Singapore, Mr Yaacob? They are exiles forced to depart from this island just because they thought differently from the mainstream PAP, which at that time, was essentially oppressing the people (now we are totally oppressed) and bullying and suffocating all political expression out of the citizenry. If they had a choice, I dont think they would be leaving, but would be serving Singapore instead. If only the Communist Party of China also had the same guts to say the same of the 1989 June 4th demonstrators. Down with your bullying tactics, and now followed by denial of mistake and blatant nonchalance. You dont need to be communists to understand and stand with these exiles, really. They were bullied and suppressed, and seriously, PAP bullied and suppressed everyone from left to right, top to bottom, regardless of political affinity, race, language or religion, whoever merely was in political opposition towards them, in a supposedly democratic country. History will judge who were the really illegal and criminal ones, and charge those guilty in the court of the day. History will judge one day, just wait.
