How do you gauge who you connect with on Facebook? Heres what I do: If we have met in real life and I like you, I click Confirm. If we have met in real life and you give me the heebie jeebies, I click Not Now. If we have never met and have less than 20 mutual contacts, I click Not Now. If we have never met and have more than 20 mutual contacts, I read those mutual friends names. If I love and respect most of those mutual friends, I click Confirm. If most of those mutual names are people I shouldnt have confirmed in the first place, I click Not Now. If Im not sure, I read through your timeline and decide whether or not I want your energy in my feed. Hey... its MY feed, right? :) If we have never met and we have 100+ mutual friends, I assume youre a blogger and click Confirm. WTH... we all need more people that understand why we write mostly for free. ;) What do YOU do?
