"How does one become a Butterfly? You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a Caterpillar." As I have been meeting with the Conference leadership, ministry and mission teams, I have been drawn to thinking about the life cycle of the butterfly - also a symbol of the resurrection, I might add! What are you and I willing to do to have PSEC "fly"? What are you and I willing to do in our individual lives, our local churches, to become "what God is calling us to become"? Are there some fears, some perceptions, some hurts that linger with us, that are keeping us caterpillars, preventing us from becoming butterflies? Oh, yes, there are risks involved in moving from the ground transportation to air transport. If God is calling us to take the risk, will we? Just a thought, and perhaps even a prayer! Blessings, Rev.
