How incredibly tragic :( This seems to happen quite frequently worldwide as parents are rushing off to work and forgetting about lil bubs in the back seat. As a rule I always put my handbag in the back seat whenever my little ones are in the car. There are alarms you can purchase that attach to the car seat also that will alert you if you have left a little person behind.
