How is everyone feeling today ? well I have to say Im feeling pretty low today despite the beautiful Sun shining..... I cannot put my finger on what is causing this....I am overwhelmed with a feeling of sadness in my heart and feel I may just end up crying ....so it is off to the shower for me where I do most of my crying so nobody sees or hears me .... but it is ok to cry tears are not a sign of weakness as many people perceive them to be they are in fact just a release and a healing that once over with allows us to get up and move on another little bit .... I know a lot of you can associate with this .....
