How is everyone out in Facebook land today? Im doing fantastic. Im about to enjoy coffee at this local coffee shop. I am starting to put together a book which I am very excited about. I spoke with someone earlier today who was hard on themselves for having a bad week on their diet and working out. I advised, to move forward and focus on the now. In many aspects of our life, we feel guilty because of the past and our mistakes. Like we are not worthy or like we cannot accomplish things. The past has already happened. Forgive yourself and move forward. Focus on what you can control in the present. We all have failures. Failures can help us grow.
