Ahab married an evil woman named Jezebel who worshiped the fertility god, Baal. In order to please her, like a wimp, he built an alter for Baal. Eventually, he started to worship the same god. Im sad for him because it makes me wonder what his life would have been like if he didnt marry a woman that manipulated him & ruled over him? He took his wifes advice over the prophets that were sent from God to warn him of his sin. The choice of your spouse will have a significant effect in life- physically, spiritually & emotionally. And, men, if your wife is trying to lead you, shut her tail down & lead your family back on the right path.
