I can understand technology taking out or changing methods we use in our daily lives....few of us cook over an open fire, unless we want a change of pace, and fewer of us cure our own meat, or buy ice from an ice house to keep it fresh.....but I fear somethings that have become obsolete are a result of our ignorance or our lowering standards of education, and our ways of life....and to me that is a dangerous change...
